Hi Squeebee,
Thanks for responding. I'm not quite sure how to show you the headers from the original? I am using Outlook 2003 to send the messages and we have an in house exchange server that handles all of our e-mail. For doing mass e-mailing I do typically use an e-mail service, but this is a pretty basic correspondence, therefore I didn't see it being necessary to do so. I also sent the email to the address I sent it from, and the intended recipients were all BCC'ed in the email. When I pull up the e-mail that came into that accounts inbox, there's nothing in the "internet headers" displayed. I also tried pulling it up from the Sent Items, and no internet headers were there either?

You posted the headers of the email from the person telling you about the problem, not from the original message itself.
That said, what are you using to send the mailing? If you are using Outlook you should really look at using a proper service as you will get much better delivery of your messages. There are a lot of email service providers out there with economical solutions for sending to lists that will keep you from getting blocked. I don't work for them but sell software to them and I know there's providers out there for senders of all shapes and sizes.
