Hello,
As I stated in my previous mail:
I know that using ESM's message tracking, I am able to track mails sent by webservice. The problem is, Is there a way to compile the results in a spreedsheet format?
What I meant is I able to TRACK MESSAGE in ESM, but is there a way to COMPILE the whole list of mails that sent by webservice?
try to get hold of MTL-Analyzer or MTL-Edit and run them against the tracking log files.

Balack,
I see no reason for this to have a C grade. You did not post a follow up to the expert's response and they were all timely. Since you closed this the comment must've been an answer for you but the grade just isn't appropriate. I am going to change it to a B grade. In the future please make sure you fully participate in your questions and give the experts a chance to earn the A grade.
If there is a question about this please let me know by Requesting Attention.

there was a tool called message tracking log analyzer that could run against the tracking logs to get the details.
