Just to confirm you do not need to know the EXE if you are turning of the Access Protection Policy in General. It depends on how granular you want to be with the protection.
Go to Policy Catalogue -> VirusScan Enterprise 8.7 -> Access Protection Policies -> Edit the Policy in Question
Make sure you select Settings for Server and then Choose Anti-Virus Standard Protection.
Uncheck Block for Prevent Mass mailing worms from sending e-mail.

Hiya
You need to modify the Access Protection rule on the server/group of servers for the Common Antivirus Protection Rule : Prevent Mass Mailing worms from sending email
This is available from either the Modify Policies on a single machine or from the Policy Catalogue, but you will need to know the exe causing you headaches, normally available from within the Access Protection log file on the machine
Add the exe to the Server policy, and hey presto, no more issues
