Excel error on startup.

What I have going on here is that when this workstation starts excel it gets this message(SymKBFix.msi:file format is not valid) It seem that it is related to Symantec licensing. This workstation did at one time have Enterprise Client on it, but not now. I tried to reinstall it on this to see if it would go away, I went through the registry and removed Symantec, I even ran a Symantec cleaner and it still will not go away. It is not causing Excel to not work, it is just a irritation to the user.I have also uninstalled office and reinstalled it.

Hope someone has a fix other then a reload os system.Start Free Trial
