Can't update Trend after changing Administrator Password?

Hey Folks...

Have a weird situation...I recently changed the Administrator password on my SMB 2003 box that is running Trend Micro Client Server Messaging Security 3.0. After I changed the password, I can no longer view the Security Dashboard and all of my clients are now outdated and the update process is failing.

Please help, this makes no sense to me. THANK YOU!
