McAfee won' t install receiving the following error 1920 Service McAfee McShield
I am trying to install McAfee Viruscan Enterprise but I receive the following error. Error 1920. Service McAfee McShield (McShield) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services I do have sufficient privileges since I am the administrator. My question is how do I resolve this error and get McAfee installed

Tried all your links but didn't come right, I quit installing mcafee then installed another antivirus which installed without any hassles. I then uninstalled the antivirus and installed mcafee again and strange enough it installed; so whatever was blocking mcafee first the other antivirus removed it. But thanks again for your assistance
What I did to solve this problem was remove anything that had to do with anti-virus even spyware removal tools and spybot removal tools. Then I ran Ccleaner registry option and fixed all the issues (must run cleaner until everything has been fixed took me 3 times) everything rebooted and reinstalled Mcafee with no problem
