Browse All TopicsWe have a Barracuda 300 device. Several emails are getting deffered, even though they're on the whitelist. The research I've done is vague on why this happens. Why does it happen and how can I stop it? This just started happening a couple of months ago. I'd rather losen the restrictions on deferrment, but can't find it in my admin.

Whenever I've had a problem with deferred messages by the Barracuda, I've found the problem not to actually be the Barracuda, but the firewall. I suggest try rebooting your firewall first and see if that resolves your deferment problem. Let us know how it goes.
