Endpoint Protection

I am doing a installation of Endpoint in which I am unable to customized it as was usggested by your formum. THis is because it is configured to my clients specifications. I have installed it on over 50 servers without a problem. However on this one server it prevents the users from accessing the share drives. All the servers have windows 2003 R2  and I updated them with the latest hotfixes. Any ideas
