Centralized exceptions set on endpoint policy but not seeing on desktop client
I set some centralized exceptions in an Endpoint policy to not scan certain file locations. When I look at the centralized exceptions on the desktop client, nothing is listed under the user defined exceptions tab. If I look on the endpoint client on the servers there is a second tab that says administrator defined exceptions and the file locations are listed there. This tab is not listed on teh desktop client. Are these file locations not being scanned on the desktop and the policy is just not shown or are these file locations being scanned?
It depends
Did you assigned this policy to the group that the client belongs to?
Also did you update the content for this client or group?
