HI,

In my network were many of the users are complaining of the blue screen crash.
When i checked file\files in c:\windows\minidump folder it says that TM_CFW.sys caused the problem with vsdatant.sys driving it to.

Using Trend Micro as a antivirus.

So I am looking for a solution to
1.Figure out what made the error message to come
2. How to Pin Point the issue
3. How to resolve?
