Recieving Error message "Socket error #10060 connection timed out" on all computers in domian on boot up
We are receiving the error message "Socket error #10060 connection timed out" All of our computers are getting this error message. All servers and workstations are receiving this message on reboot. We have recently turned off our web sense proxy server, and according to Microsoft this error message can sometimes be an indication that the client is timing out when trying to connect to a proxy that is down. Has anyone else seen this error message?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking here. Confirmation that others have seen this error related to proxies? Then: yes.
To solve it: if you disabled your web sense proxy then also disable the proxy configuration on the clients, or through a GPO or through wpad if your use it.
