hello,
This is what my squid logfile shows,
TCP_MISS/417 1946 POST http://192.168.204.214/Kio
Any idea what is causing it?

A TCP_MISS indicates the proxy has not encountered the webpage before and has not been cached or the page is being served dynamically. Either or, its perfectly normal.
