I just want to know: what other programs are available that can do this?

I want to be able to surf the internet with complete anonymity so that if my home internet ISP records are ever viewed, it won't show a complete list of all of the websites and IP addresses that I have visited, but the only thing that will be seen (if my home internet ISP records are viewed) are the address(es) of the remote proxy server or internet cloaking program that I am using.
The solution that I need is to run a program that will redirect ALL of my internet traffic to remote proxy servers (or internet cloaking servers) so that every web site that I go to from any internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator, Safari, etc.) or when I do other internet activities (such as sending an Outlook email, etc.) will be redirected to these remote proxy servers or internet cloaking webpage.
There are several solutions that allow you to go to a specific website (through a web browser window) that then cloaks only the websites that are opened through this specific web browser window. This solution isnt what I am looking for.
I need this solution to work so that when I run a program such as Mihov picture downloader (http://www.picturedownloa
There are several programs that are able to do this, such as Proxy Way (www.proxyway.com), but these programs don't work very well (even when using the premium version that costs $150 per year) since they simply redirect your web traffic to another country (such as Saudi Arabia or Kuwait) where a lot of popular websites are blocked by the government where these countries are located.
What sort of solutions are available for resolving this issue? I am willing to pay or subscribe to a service that will meet my requirements.

They generally use proxy websites. There are thousands of those out there on the web. Those only apply to surfing the web though. I personally don't trust them because what spyware are they trying to install on your system while you use their proxy. So I suggest if you do use something like a virtual machine or Sandboxie (www.sandboxie.com). If you are using a Windows machine of course.

You can try TOR. It routes you through various hops before sending you to your destination. Each hop is encrypted and only the first and last hop see the original data.

Of course you have to trust who is hosting one of the hops.
