Proxy - windows server 2003 / 08

What kind of windows server software is there for running proxy.

 Today they are using proxy in windows 2000 advanced server with users in AD - and a new solution there also must be an AD for creating users - and also proxy running so it is able to see logs which user have visited which site etc
