It is hard to determine the scale of the damage your network suffered. From the link jvuz sent you may understand what is its behavior thus estimate the damage it made according to three major characteristics: The estimated time it was operable, the degree of importance the computer was infected by this spyware and its interaction with the network environment.
There are tools may help you analyze such threats as they happen. Some use systems such as IPS and IDS systems to prevent such attacks.

First verify in the programs folder what date it is showing on the netspy folder.
