Hi nasemabdullaa,
You need to look deeper than your AV program for the real problem.

The first three programs you mentioned would be on almost anyone's list of recommended programs (although I personally don't like Norton).

For several years, I have been using McAfee ePO for Enterprise protection on networks that are in the 2,000 workstation, 100 Server range.

McAfee also has 'Total Protection' suite that covers the Anti-spyware and a variety of other things.

You should be running MS Defender on all your computers.

No one should be logged onto any computer with Administrative privs except to specifically perform admin functions - then log off.

Repeated infections should be unheard of.

Post back when you can.

Start looking at where and how your systems are being infected.  And are you sure you are getting viruses and other nasty programs?  As younghv said, Most people would be recommending the ones you seem to indicate you've already tried (I recommend McAfee and I DO NOT recommend Symantec.  And I've heard good things of Kaspersky and NOD32).

Otherwise, I agree with younghv in the comments he's posted.  And I'll just add that most networks I've seen get infections once or twice over a period of years when using any of the major brands of stuff and using best practices with security (having a firewall, not having everyone as a domain admin, etc).

As I said in my first comment, the basics of Network protection are:

1. Any reliable Anti-virus program (the ones you mentioned are all good - but only load one).
2. Any reliable Anti-spyware programs (MS Defender).
3. NO-ONE logged on with Administrator privileges - except for actual Admin work. Then log off and log back on with a regular account.
4. Any FireWall (you have PIX).

Beyond that, install a modified 'HOSTS' file to keep away from all of the known infector sites.
Change your 'cookie' handling in IE to "Prompt" for all First Party Cookies and "Block" for all Third Party.

HOSTS file
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm
You can use a HOSTS file to block ads, banners, 3rd party Cookies, 3rd party page counters, web bugs, and even most hijackers. This is accomplished by blocking the connection(s)) that supplies these little gems.

You appear to have most of the elements in place, so I suspect it is being user generated.
