Task Manager and Folder Option Has Been Disabled

Dear All,
I am using Windows XP Professional and has been observed that the Task Manager and Folder Option are not visibled and i am not able to view the running Services and Tasks in Task Manager because my computer has been Slow down at almost dead speed and i want to see which process has been running while computer boots and run but Task Manager is Disabled .Second thing is FOLDER OPTIONS in the Browser TOOLS>Folder options is not visible ...why it has been removed or how i can view the Task Manager and Folder options as well

        Hi Qaiser
               *Ctrl+Alt+Del should bring task manager, or should bring the screen that you can click task manager to run.
               *Also Start>Run>taskmgr and enter, runs task manager.
              *If none helps, task manager may be disabled in registry. To enable it back,
                  Start>Run>Regedit
                  HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Policies>System.
                  In right pane, double-click DisableTaskMgr key and set it to 0
                 Restart the computer

Try this... spyware or virus on your system..

Please download SDFix from http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.zip
 and save it to your desktop.

When you have done this, please boot into Safe Mode (Tap F8 during startup).

Rightclick on the SDFix.zip folder and choose Extract All. Open the extracted folder normally - C:\ SDFix  and doubleclick on RunThis.bat to start the script.

Type Y to begin the script. It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot. When you hit any key, your computer will reboot. Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool will be running and removing files.

When your desktop loads, the utility will complete the removal and display Finished. Press any key again to end the script and load your desktop icons.
