Symantec, AVG or CA.(computer Associates), NOD32(which i don;t think has a "coorporate" piece to it)
All depends on what you want to spend and what you want to control. All of those products offer a lot more than just "anti-virus."

We use EPO from Mcafee. We have never had an outbreak since we have used this. All viruses are stopped at the machine. Also this system allows you to monitor machines and see reports for problem machines.
I'm sure you will get numerous repsonses. Symantec also puts out a similar product which I believe works just as well.
