Browse All TopicsIn my 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\APTemp' folder, there's a virus (VBS.Autorun - Filename 'AF01~1.inf). I have use the AV to delete it, but it still remain in the folder. Why?
How do I remove it? because when I run the custom scan, it will have the auto protect alert. If I choose to delete permanently, it'll show deleted suceeded. And the status is partially deleted.
Now, I cannot upgrade the version from 10.0.1.1009 to 10.1.6.6000. If I upgrade or uninstall, it will give internal error & it is due to that folder.
