How do I manually remove Trend Micro Messaging Security Agent from an old Exchange server.

I need to remove Trend Micro's messaging security agent from my old exchange server 2003. The catch is Exchange has been removed already and now when I run the uninstall from either add and remove programs or the security console I'm told the Exchange store is not started and the uninstall fails. Is there as a manual removal process?

I am trying to install kaspersky small office security instead of trend micro wory business advanced, i followed all the KBs on the trend support website, there are no more trend micro services or keys under the registry, followed all the instructions and used Ccleaner to clean the registrey keys, restarted the server many times, uninstalled all of the hidden devices. the kbs  i have used are:

Kaspersky installer refused to install the software saying that trend micro security server for SMB 3.5 is installed, there is nothing under "add remove Programs", i tried to use the windows uninstaller too, but couldn't find anything related to Trend micro as i am sure that i did uninstall it!

i have searched the registry and there  for the string "Trend", there are no keys related neither to smex!!

I am really stuck can you help please!
