How do I get rid of the trojan . virtumonde?

I think I have something called Trojan . Virtumonde . I've had other trojan's pop up as well using Webroot Spyware Sweeper, Avg Antivirus and Spyware Doctor. All programs seem to find things, take them out and when I rescan it doesn't find anymore. However, as soon as I reboot or get online, they're there again. My internet at times comes to a complete stop, but only for about 20-30 secs at a time. I believe there is something I can't get rid of. I"ve also tried Vundofix and Combo Fix. Hasn't seemed to help. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! I have Hijack this, but never used it.
