Manually Deleting Virus

If you are maually deleting a virus and you are sure that you have deleted all of it, and it keeps comming back then try turning OFF system restore before you reboot your computer to purge anything that may be hiding there, waiting to re infect your computer.
This will result in all your restore points being lost.
On re boot remember to restart system restore and make a new restore point.

Please be aware that if your computer fails to restart you WILL NOT have any restore points saved to use to roll back your system to a time when it was working

I am not even able to see hidden files or folders, not even in the safe mode i could see hidden files or folder. I also tried cleaning it in safe mode and still comes back.
I guess there is none solution without a system restore?

There is a likely a rootkit here preventing standard removal, and there may be other malware present too.

t would help if we could see what was going on with your computer. I suggest that you download, run, and upload a HijackThis log from the link below.

Click on "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. Post the text from the log file. Do not have HJT fix anything at this point.

OK this is what I got from HiJackThis log.

(My USB memory does not want to open as it normally does)

Here is what I would suggest...

Download and Run ComboFix (by sUBs) You must run it directly from your Desktop.

Disable your Anti-virus and any real-time Anti-spyware monitors that are running.
Then double click Combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log for you. Upload that log in your next reply with a new HijackThis log.  

Please do not post the log into the comment window. Use "Attach File" under the comment window to post the log.

Note 1: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall.
Note 2: Remember to re-enable your Anti-virus and Anti-spyware.

NOTE: If you have issues connecting to your network or internet after running combofix you can either simply reboot, or do the following:
* Going to Control Panel > Network Connections.
* Right click on their Network icons & select "Repair"
or
Alternately, if the Network icon appears in the notification area in the lower right corner of Desktop, right-click it, and then click Repair from the shortcut menu.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: Combofix will typically fix most and sometimes all Malware entries but many times a script is also needed to finish cleaning up. So please keep CF until advised whether you need the script or not.

Here it is the two log files, one for combofix and the other one for hijackthis. Now I was able to see the USB memory stick and the hidden files and folders. I'll wait for your replay. Thank you!

Thank you, it worked out perfect. Just one last question...Would it work for any computer that has the same kind of virus?

There were not any files named like that at the end. I found C:\QooBox
which had files of combofix. I deleted that folder, plus logs and stuff.
