Manually Deleting Virus

My PC is being infected with kavo.exe (W32.Gammima.AG, etc). I tried deleting it from the registry and folders. I do my best to clean everything but everytime i do a restart this virus comes back. Sometimes with the same name and sometimes with different names.

how can i really get it off my pc?  I do not want to reinstall my OS again. Is there a way to clean my pc from that virus?Start Free Trial
