Pop up : Warning Your system is infected with a dangerous virus

Well mostly yes it is 'soon' after startup. I had the system up for maybe 5 mins, it was runnign a full system scan through panda whilst i ran hijack this.

Panda failed to find anything.

I've downloaded Ad'aware and ill let you know.

With regards to Firefox or Opera.  These have benefits over I.E.? I heard there were security flaws or something like that.

Aside from the "impressive" list of processes. Here is your main issue here...

It is a smitfraud variant. Although it's not in the changelog. I would advise running Smitfraudfix first.

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) to your Desktop.

Reboot your computer in Safe Mode.

If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power.
Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
Ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
Login on your usual account.

Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press Enter.
Wait for the tool to complete and disk cleanup to finish.
You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?" answer Yes by typing Y and hit Enter.
The tool will also check if wininet.dll is infected. If a clean version is found, you will be prompted to replace wininet.dll. Answer Yes to the question "Replace infected file ?" by typing Y and hit Enter.

A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process, if you computer does not restart automatically please do it yourself manually.

Post the log that is produced from Smitfraudfix and a new HijackThis log.

If that doesn't get the entry you can try fixing the 02 with HijackThis and delete the file.

Smitfraudfix run but didnt clear the pop ups/virus.

How do i use Hijackthis to fix the 02 error?

Wonderfull. The pop up's gone and system seems a lot faster. I did both the kill in Hijackthis and using Killbox.  New Hijackthis log shown below. can you check it to make sure no nastys still?

Looks clean, glad to hear it's running better. I would advise removing SpyHunter. While it's not malicious it was once listed on the Spyware Warrior Rogue list, although it's since been de-listed. It's up to you on that....

The Same as solution (IndiGenus),
But with a diffrerent dll name,
Instead of => C:\WINDOWS\todnru.dll
I found and fixed with the exact instruction the file => C:\WINDOWS\apdoxu.dll
Follow the exact instruction above (IndiGenus).
