No matter what i do, this doesnt change. It displays the site name along with the pc protected by shirke systems sentence.
I uninstalled IE and re installed it yet it did not make any difference.
I am on Windows XP SP2.

This is a virus - you could do a System Restore to a point in time before this message started occuring, or find virus software that will clean it out. You may want to scan for viruses on your media - including USB drives.
