MORE Virus, reappered and i can not do the KAPERSKY Online Scanner

Hi, in this link i solved my previous problem, but it seems i got another problem now, and maybe the previous one reappered ( i think it was a new Usb Key that other person pllugged into the computer)

I am attaching my Mcafee On demand Scan Log, a Hijack this Log, and a Combofix log, (Which RPQGAMERGIRL recommended, which by the way was a pretty good solution)

Part of the solution to get rid of all the virus was to do a Kapersky Online Scan, but i couldnt in this ciomputer, because when i click the Scan Button, 3 errors appear (something to do with JAVA) and the computer Freezes..
