Installed Super Anti Spyware and ran in safe mode Ditto with Malware Malbites (sp). Trojan and other viruses reappear after cleaning or quarantining. I read dialog on similar or same virus between Sheharyaarsaahil, rpggamergirl, et al and disabled System Restore and ran Disk Cleanup but virus (but less) reapeared. Now my error is that OneCare cannot clean Worm:Win32/Nuwar.KE.
Most of trojans and viruses have included Win32 followed by /Eldycow.gen!A Emold.Gen!A etc.

Hi,
SDFix should take care of some infecton showing in your logfile, but there are others there as well so most likely you also need to run combofix later.
Run SDFix first and show us the logfile
Download SDFix and save it to your desktop.(either one below)

Doubl
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)
Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
* Restart your computer
* After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
* Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
* Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
* Choose your usual account.
* Open the extracted folder and double click "RunThis.bat" to start the script.
* Type "Y" to begin the script.
* It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
* Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
* Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool will be running and removing files.
* When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and display "Finished", then press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
* Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and attach the "Report.txt" back
If SDfix won't run, re-download it and rename it before saving to your desktop.
....and if all that won't do it, try booting to Safe Mode and install "Spybot Seek and Dastroy" (Freeware) as well as Avast! (also freeware).
Run them both in safe mode as many times as you have to, untill there are no more virus instances found.
Between these two programs, there is no virus infection I haven't been able to cure yet.
The main cause of your issue is a variant of the Storm Worm , the Worm uses a Rootkit based Technique for Stealth & is somehow hard to remove.
Microsoft has released a Malicious software removal tool that covers most of the Variants of this beast
http://support.microsoft.c
you might want to give it a try, all scans should be done in safe mode with Administrator privileges.
Spywareblaster, although a preventative tool, has also helped remove it with one of my clients

apparently it just overwries the registry values, unhides the rootkit components allowing further actions on the binaries.
finally , rpggamegirl's advices should help you recover, this is a generic method that will remove almost anything.

It would help if we could see what was going on with your computer. I suggest that you download, run, and upload a HijackThis log from the link below.
/portal/en -US/_downl oad/ HJTIns tall.exe
http://www.trendsecure.com
Click on "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. Post the text from the log file. Do not have HJT fix anything at this point.
Please do not post the log into the comment window. Use "Attach File" under the comment window to post the log.
