I'm not sure that on the corporate versions that there is any view license. I know that the older version for SMTP and Exchange has a license view option and in fact will warn you when it's about to expire, but I don' think that I've ever seen on for the base AV product.
I'd suggest calling Symantec with the customer name. Normally when you renew licensing they issue a certificate with a license and serial number on it, so they should have a record of any legitimate transactions.

This particular version is the enterprise version and does not require a license key or license file to operate. The licensing for this product is based on customer promise to renew the license as it expires, usually every year.
To check licensing you would normally login to the symantec license portal: licensing.symantec.com, enter your credentials and go to the licenses you have purchased. You can also contact Symantec directly and attempt to find your licensing by customer name
On another note if you're using the Symantec Mail Security for Exchange, which normally comes with this product, the Anti-Virus piece is licenses annually and does require a license file. If you go into the Mail Security for Exchange (if you are running it) it will tell you how much time is remaining before the licensing expires.
