Question
moving officescan clients to another server.
Hello,
I am moving my trendmicro officescan server to another server, i innstalled the officescan program on another server and when i try to install on a client machine with the new server name i get the error.
"Unable to upgrade the officescan client , The installation package was created from an officescan server that does not manage the client installed this computer."
how can i prevent this error.
