Default password is "symantec".
If a Domain "Service" account was created to manage this, try using the Domain Administrator password with the Symantec Service account.
You should also click on the "Request Attention" link in your question and ask a Moderator to add this question to the separate "Symantec" Zone.

I have had this happen to me a few times. It usually ends with having to call Symantec, if the iforgot utility does not work.
