Have you tried MalwareBytes?
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop, check for Updates before scanning.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Or Flash_DisInfector, it also creates a harmless autorun.inf in every partition to stop bad autorun.inf from being created.
Download and run this tool and follow the prompts:
http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe

If problem persists.
Please download ComboFix by sUBs:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log and attach it in your next reply by pasting it in the "Code Snippet" or "Attach File" window.
Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

Disabling startup items won't remove the infection.
Try Combofix and show us the resulting log to make sure it's clean.

c:\windows\system32\ciuytr0.dll
c:\windows\system32\ciuytr1.dll
c:\windows\system32\haozs0.dll
c:\windows\system32\vamsoft.exe

The above files are bad, PWS stealers, records keystrokes and file infector.
I would get rid of them for sure. I would run Combofix and attach the log, run Kaspersky after CF log is clean to check for any infected files, and change all passwords that has been used on that system.

i not sure of using free software!!

by: rpggamergirlPosted on 2009-01-14 at 05:16:52ID: 23372215

Are you saying that you don't want to use free software? or hesitant to use free software?

It's your own decision of course if you don't want to, then just try and remove those bad files manually, delete them in safe mode if they won't go easily.
