If this is a non recurring case & it happens on a single machine, I would stop all Endpoint services and manually delete files from within windows explorer.

Having trouble deleting the quarantine messages from the client. There are over 60,000 files, but it only allows 3 or 4 to be deleted at a time through DOS or WE. I am currently in safe mode and deleting them a little easier, but there must be a better way??

As this is a new product for us, it has only happened once, but I can see it happening again based on the volume of quarantined messages we are seeing. I changed the setting in the Antivirus Policy on the server for cleanup of quarantined files from 30 days to 10 days. Hopefully that will help. Is there anything that I can do to clean out these messages on the client automatically from the EP console? Some kind of sweep to delete quarantine logs if we see a lot of them for a client?
Open Policies > Antivirus & Antispyware policy> go to Cleanup tab
select all options that says "limit the quarantine folder to ...50 MB" and select delete items older than (specify number of dates)
for deletion from CMD, use these switches (no OK prompt + quite)

one additional note...I was not able to get into 'view quarantine' from the client Endpoint Manager as it would hang the machine.
