how do i configure exceptions on nod32 ant-virus

I need to create a new policy on our nod32 business edition anti-virus software to exclude various programs and ports used by our development team.  I have seen articles on how to configure this on a client computer but need to know how to do it in the policy on the nod32 admin console.

Dear Freind,
For Internet Usage,
Right click on ESS 'eye' logo in tray, select 'Advanced Setup', 'Web access protection', expand 'HTTP', Select 'Excluded addresses' and add the desired URLs to be excluded.
