It is installed as part of system Mechanic. I have no other Virus program installed, I have tried to deinstall thru control panel and reinstall, same message

Do you have Iolo Antivirus installed already? How about any other antivirus program? If so, uninstall them first and then restart the computer. Try installing Iolo Antivirus again.
