Recently i have infected with a virus, which is creating a secret.exe file and autorun file when ever i have plugged in my USB drive.
I have goggled and saw there are some solutions available.

Ps: I have deleted the pf file (for secret.exe) in windows\Prefetch folder.
Thanks,

Try using the following:
1. Combofix
http://www.bleepingcompute
2. Dr. Web Anti-Virus

Thanks experts. The issue is solved.
- Manually deleted pf file (for secret.exe) in windows\Prefetch folder.
- Ran a search in the registry using regseeker and removed all the suspicious entries.
- Ran the Combo fix and Dr. Web Anti-Virus.
I don't know when it was fixed. but now it is fixed. I guess Dr. Web Anti-Virus helped me to get rid of this completely. Anyway, i found that some of my drivers got more free space after the complete run of Dr. Web Anti-Virus. Some files have been deleted without any notification. Any way the virus is vanished now.

I am going to suggest that you downoad SuperAntiSpyware (www.superantispyware.com) and do a full scan with that. It is quite possible that you have more than 1 virus on this PC (including secret.exe) and finding out the names of all of them, and then looking for removal tools isn't an ideal solution.
