The problem is that any exe upon execution the malware kicks in and that error above comes up. That is why I originally tried to do it within the web browser so the malware/virus whatever didn't kick in noticing I was running an exe. The further problem remains they are trying to fix this computer while over the phone because I have it sitting in a different city, and the person who set it up never put virus software on it like a ....
But anyway I wish I could get just one of these to work without it triggering the problem. I will pass along the information anyway but am certain that it will kick the error in again.

The File IGFXSRVC.exe is not malicious , however , such popups usually indicate rogue antispyware or other trojan infection, please post a hijack this log, and run Malwarebyutes Antimalware scan , allow it to fix any infections, if the problem persists you may want to give Combofix a try.
