I reccomend Combofix to clean everything up.
It is a nice quick program to cleanup your machine.

xfreedie: Thanks for the help and combofix DID help my intial problem. The messages are not popping
up anymore BUT after i ran this, i get an error in one of my profiles saying:"YOU HAVE EXCEEDED YOUR PROFILE STORAGE...". This error did come up BEFORE i ran COMBOFIX. Also, i am running WINDOWS XP HOME ED. I've tried somethings on internet pertaining to GROUP POLICY but it is not available. Don't know if it's not available in HOME EDITION or if it got blasted somehow. Can you please help me with this problem? Thanks.

Go to run->msconfig->startup and uncheck the culprit entry
