acces denied when build application in .net

hi ,
      i am using dot net 2005 , when i try to debug or build the application , i got an Error message
"Cannot copy assembly 'Publisher.SystemFramwork' to file 'D:\WebApp\Publisher\DataAccess\bin\Publisher.SystemFramwork.dll'.  The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

but when turned off my anti-virus and build again its working fine...

i am using "kepserkey anti-virus" . so please tell me how can i resolve this issue or hat setting can be done in anti-virus to resolve this issue..

Go to kepserkey anti-virus and set exception from rules for that file.

Settings>Trusted Zone >add>& setup an exclusion for the folder of your workspace & the build output directory.

send the file to www.virustotal.com and let us know the result if the file is infected...
Do a full scan to your computer to make sure there are no viruses.
