CF log review please

I've run MBAM and then ComboFix and found a few nasties, but was hoping someone would review the DF log as a double-check.
System ran for about 6 weeks with no AV or anti-spyware installed.
Log attached.

I don't see any malicous entries there, there's one folder I don't know, check what's inside to make sure it's legit. --> C:\_D6wn36ads


The latest TDSS variant Combofix doesn't detect yet "ytasfw*" , so it might be a good to run RootRepeal as well, RootRepeal has been updated to catch it.

Hi rpg - thank you for responding.

The computer is a notebook and the 'numlock' was on when I created the "_Downloads" folder to store all of my anti-malware and log files.

:)

I'll run RootRepeal right now and post back when it is finished.

Interesting application - I've never used it before.
I downloaded RootRepeal and just ran it with the defaults set.
I looked through the log (attached), but didn't know what I was looking for.
Please take a look and let me know what it is you're looking for when you review those.

The Rootrepeal log is clean!
Sorry, I should've posted the canned for it.
RootRepeal is good... as Combofix doesn't detect the latest TDSS variant yet and while Gmer is having problem and just reboots.

The TDSS latest variant start with the letters --> ytasfw
