the easiest way if I remember is to go to sysmantec server run regedit, scroll down to Uninstall and there are many folders with alphanumerique names(I am not sure if they are called hives or keys), then write down that alphanumerique key.
Then you can run:
psexec <alphanumerique> msiexec /q/x <remotemachinename>
I don't remember exactely about the syntax, and this will uninstall SEP, but will reboot the remote machine.I wonder if there is a switch that tells it not to reboot.
