You could check the support page for that virus maker or the Symantec support page to see if they have manual removal techniques. A "better" solution would be to remove any pertinent data that's on the disk, if possible, and then wipe and reload Windows. Personally I like to know that I ma working with a PC that's as clean as possible before I start putting my important data on it.
