McAfee warning that Cloudmark Spamnet is out of date

McAfee is not fully protecting due to the above error message.  This software used to be on the PC but has been removed.  How do I get McAfee to get rid of the message.  It does not have an ignore option.

Can you try and see if Cloudmark Spamnet has been successfully removed from the PC? Goto Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs and check there.

If it still exists, then use the Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup utility: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 and use that to remove it.

Let me know, how it goes.

Try to install it again, upgrade to the latest version and then Uninstall it.
or do a Repair installation to Mcafee.
