Can you try and see if Cloudmark Spamnet has been successfully removed from the PC? Goto Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs and check there.
om/kb/2903 01 and use that to remove it.
If it still exists, then use the Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup utility: http://support.microsoft.c
