Thanks for the info, I found that one of the users had or was trying to install/upgrade "Real Player".
I totally uninstalled the Real Player and the flood of that message stopped and users high CPU utilization also got fixed.
Not a very good way to upgrade/update or install method Real Player is providing to their customer.
Thanks again for the info and since it is resolved I accept our comments as a solution.

Armadillo is a packer for .exe files. if you get that message then someone probably tried downloading an .exe that was packed with this packer. Armadillo is commercial software, but i would estimate it is used around 95% by malware (Homebrew viruses, trojans, rootkits and repacked common malware) and 5% of actually legit commercial software. As an example i know that a version of the beloved online game "Maple STory" was packed with armadillo which caused the manufacturer many problems with users that correctly claimed "My Anti-Virus software reported this is a suspicious/infected file"...
It is a common practice to block armadillo (and generally: packed) files as packing is nearly always used by malware to try hiding from virus scanners.
My advise would be to ignore such messages, regard them as "possible malware was blocked, the software is doing what it should".
