Reboot the PC in safe mode and run a full scan with Trend Micro. If it can find the virus, then it should remove the virus as well.

Browse All TopicsI have a user with the trojan TROJ_BREDOLAB.J on his laptop. We have Microtrend Office Scan on the laptop, and the user also has used a different anti-virus program but with no luck. (I don't know the name of the other Anti-Virus software, I just know it's has a Chinese name, and the user is in China).
I've follows the steps that Microtrend recommends, but without success. Any other options?
