The dock station stops working altogether.
We actually created a new server with version 10 and quit using the old server with version 8. We uninstalled version 8 on the client and did a fresh install of version 10.

Browse All TopicsOur company upgraded from version 8 to 10 and this is now creating problems with our laptop port replicators. We are having connectivity issues on all the ports. I am not having any luck finding a reason for this. It happens as soon as we do the Trend Micro upgrade. Any ideas are appreciated.

That's a weird one. So, as soon as you upgrade, you lose network connectivity? Or you're saying the dock station just stops responding altogether?
How are you performing the upgrade? Are you using the web interface? AutoPCC? Try creating a client packager and running the installer manually.
