there is a lot of argue on forums which one is better solution. They are simular products and you have to try both and see which one you prefer. google "nod32 vs kaspersky" and you will a lot of discusions. Corporate comaprition you can find here: http://www.av-comparatives
Hello,
Anti-Virus Usage depends on your experience, there is no such term called best anti-virus, we can give recommendation based on our experience with the detection rate of the latest threats that hitted us, but we cannot provide in-depth analysis and i wouldn't trust the in-depth analysis of such solutions as sometimes the best anti-virus solutions bypass a new threat even though its a threat!.
My recommendation:
1- Personal Anti-Virus : go for NOD32, Kaspersky
2- Business Solution Anti-virus : Kaspersky, Bit Defender, Avira
My org utilizes Kapersky...700 nodes and 17 servers. In 3 years of usage (in a school district), not one minute of downtime due to virus/malware. Easy to deploy, Business/Enterprise edition allows for centralized management, supports vista flawlessly, Windows 7 version in final release canidate and appears to work equally well.

Not NOD32 For sure, Kaspersky is an option, but try to look for a business solution for you to be able to centrally manage your clients.
Good ones are:
Bit Defender
Kaspersky
Avira
