Try:

Boot up in safe mode with command prompt. Type rstrui.exe and restore your PC to an earlier time.  If it works, this'd be the quickest and easiest solution to solve your virus problem.

Sorry. Reinstall. :-(
@jcob,
Please ignore the suggestion to reinstall your OS (and all your applications).
That may well be what has to happen eventually, but there are numerous steps and tools you can use before that.

jcob_l,
I can't understand what you're telling us.

Have you followed all of the instructions in the link I provided and re-booted your system with HitManPro.kickstart?

Let me ask you this what I understood..
Hitman is in my usb and inserted into the affected computer..
It should automatically detect right But it is not..
If you have followed all of the instructions at the link I posted, you will have a "bootable" USB drive.

With the USB drive inserted in the affected computer, re-boot the system and follow the instructions provided at the link and the screen prompts that will appear on your computer.
Presuming the pc will boot normally (no mention that it wont) i assume you are then held to ransom by this software? Just a thought, but FBI malware is removed with Malwarebytes FREE. You may like to try it.
Hi jcob_I,

I would strongly recommend you to follow the article post by younghv (here).

If you are facing issues performing the steps mentioned in the link please let us know. What we think is that you are unable to boot from the USB Drive.

What is the model and make of your system? We could help you in booting with USB drive.
