the client is connected and on the network (active), while it takes around 24 hours to change it's status?
any advise ?

when I check the status of the client I see a message (pending group assignment) while the location of the client is under group1 , wht tht means and how to solve this ?

well that depends if the machine is not connected to the parent at the moment then you will have to wait until the machine is on and comunicating with the parent then it should notice the change. also when you drag and drop the client into another group you need to wait a few minutes or refresh your console and you should see the client in the new group
