Error Event ID: 2216 Related to Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security

Hello,

I'm getting the following error ( as shown below) and i cant figure out what is the problem.
My current configuration is as the following:
- Windows 2003 Standard Edition R2 SP2.
- Worry-Free Business Security v.3.0 (B1331)

The Event log is as following:

Event Source:      W3SVC-WP
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      2216
Date:            10/19/2009
Time:            9:18:31 AM
User:            N/A
Computer:      MAILSRV
Description:
The script started from the URL '/officescan/cgi/cgiRecvFile.exe' with parameters '' has not responded within the configured timeout period.  The HTTP server is terminating the script.
