Problems with blocking spam

We just purchased a new exchange server and put Exchange 2007 on it.  We installed Symantec Information Foundation Version 6 for Exchange, and in the beginning received the error "Error 1904.Module C:\Progam Files(x86)\Symantec\SMSMSE\6.0\Server\SAVFMSELU.dll failed to register.  I then reinstalled it again and did not receive any error messages.  It looks like the program is running correctly and I transferred all of the settings from our old Exchange server but it is not blocking anything.  Anyone have any ideas to fix this?Start Free Trial
