Spyware has taken over my PC.

The screensaver on my PC now says "Warning Spyware threat has been detected on your PC ".  I also receive other "Windows like" error messages telling me that spyware has been detected and I need to download spyware removal software.  This PC is currently running up to date Trend Micro Client/Server Messaging Suite and I have also scanned with Adaware as well as followed instructions on a couple of other posts found here which had me download SmitRem and Ewido as well as SmitFraudFix.  All were to no avail since after following the recommended steps, I still have the same problem.  I am attaching a hijackthis log and would greatly appreciate it if someone could look at it and help me remove this spyware from the PC.
